Job Responsibilities Lead and monitor the end-to-end RFQ process for PCB and Custom Products, responsible for Custom Products operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow and continuously drive operational excellence and customer orientation. Oversee technical and quality operation including but not limited to resolve quality issues and conduct supplier audits. Build and maintain good supplier relationships, negotiate competitive prices and optimal product costs. Lead and source new suppliers, negotiate exclusive and strategic supplier contracts to optimize business profits. Collaborate with Sales team to gather necessary details and specification to identify manufacturing deviations and propose cost-effective solutions. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and optimizing the operation processes, workflow and SOPs, drive automation and identifying opportunities for improvement based on business needs. Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities. Job Requirements Competencies & Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal skills negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence. business partners and peers in critical situations to obtain consensus. Profound knowledge of mechanical and electronics and their manufacturing processes, incl. commercial context. Strong technical and quality management skillset. Excellent customer service orientation delivered in a cost-efficient way. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations. Superior in organization and priority setting, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (or any other language in advantage). Education & Work Experience University degree (bachelor) preferably in foreign trade or related field. Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial experience in sales or purchasing. Why us?
