Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of +10 specialists
  • Delegation and monitoring the workload across the team to ensure the desired targets and SLA’s are achieved
  • Attending stakeholder meetings to discuss team`s performance and development plans
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with both internal and external clients (underwriters, brokers, Credit Control teams, stakeholders)
  • Managing and monitoring the unallocated cash balances on the assigned businesses in adherence to the agreed targets and guidelines
  • Monitoring quality level on regular basis within the team and addressing the outcomes
  • Providing support to the team in case of difficulties in investigating and resolving disputed items and reconcile balances when required
  • Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
  • Production, analysis & presentation of process and performance related reports/data (on regular basis & ad-hoc)
  • Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with AXA XL teams both within the immediate office and across AXA XL branches.
  • Ensuring processes, procedures and SLA’s are met and adhered to and available process documentation is up to date
  • Managing absences & holiday plans, ensuring necessary coverage is in place, preparing backup structure, contingency plans, BCM strategies, etc.
  • Planning and monitoring team’s and individuals’ development
  • Look for ways to continuously improve processes and propose ideas to the relevant parties
  • Cooperation with internal auditors in the event of Credit Control process audit
  • Undertaking any other duties that the company may reasonably request to be performe
