Job Description Responsibilities To manage the debtor’s book for IQEQ Mauritius, in line with the Group Credit Control Policy Monitor and manage the credit control processes, ensuring adherence to IQEQ policies and procedures Maintain contact list of debtors and debtors’ days Monitor clients’ accounts to ensure timely payments Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries (internal and external) Generate weekly reports on accounts receivable, collections and credit risk to management, highlighting areas of concern or improvement opportunities. Provide detailed statement of accounts Liaise with Delivery and business leads to optimize cash collection Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to credit control and propose process enhancements or system improvements when necessary. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their queries or concerns related to credit matters.
