• Assist the Manager with daily operations, including planning and delegating tasks to team members, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes, increase productivity, and enhance customer service.
• Ensure that the business is compliant with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies.
