We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store’s daily operations and driving sales performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen understanding of retail management practices. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of the store run smoothly and efficiently.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to enhance customer interactions
• Proficiency in retail sales techniques and cash handling procedures
• Experience in supervising teams and managing diverse groups of employees
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and administrative tasks
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and basic math skills for financial reporting
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software
• Ability to train staff effectively in customer service best practices and operational procedures
