Description
The role of CDD Asst Manager will be as below: 1. Ensure CDD review of documents, risk assessment, screening, preparation of CDD forms, transaction monitoring are done in line with Compliance and C&IB guidelines within minimum engagement from Business teams.  2. Monitor and conclusion of CDD cases under onboarding, triggers and periodic reviews. 3. Coordinate with Compliance, OPC ARC and RMC where required 4. Guide CDD analyst on review queries and improve quality of KYC reviews.  5. Engage with customers along with analyst for detailed clarification on guidelines/requirements Manage issues/escalations from the customer/RM relating to cases reviewed
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Customer Due Diligence process, including risk assessments, screening, and transaction monitoring for corporate and FIG clients. Coordinate with compliance and risk management teams while guiding analysts to ensure high-quality KYC reviews.
