Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Dairy Queen, International Falls, MN
Starting Pay: $19/hour (Experience may increase starting pay)
Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week
About the Job:
We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen International Falls. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations, including customer service, staffing, and inventory management
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent service
• Ensure store cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
• Assist with employee training and development
• Monitor and achieve store goals to improve performance and profitability

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry preferred
• Management experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
