Join us in building a more sustainable future for India's infrastructure.    Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Administration Role Objective: To ensure smooth functioning of administrative operations with a primary focus on transportation management, colony management, and maintenance, while providing support in security and housekeeping activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transportation Management Plan, organize, and monitor company transportation services for employees and materials. Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements for vehicles and drivers. Optimize routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate with vendors for vehicle leasing, repairs, and insurance renewals. 2. Colony Management & Maintenance Oversee day-to-day operations of company-provided residential colonies. Ensure timely maintenance of infrastructure, utilities (water, electricity), and common facilities. Handle complaints and service requests from residents promptly. Coordinate with contractors for civil, electrical, and plumbing work. Implement preventive maintenance plans for colony assets. 3. Support in Security & Housekeeping Assist in monitoring security arrangements across office and colony premises. Support in vendor management for security and housekeeping services. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards. Conduct periodic audits and inspections for security and housekeeping effectiveness. Maintaining good industrial relations with external stakeholders. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills. Knowledge of transportation logistics and fleet management. Familiarity with facility management and maintenance practices. Ability to manage vendors and negotiate contracts. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred). Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Administration/Management). 10–12 years of experience in administration with exposure to transportation and facility management. Experience in handling security and housekeeping operations will be an added advantage.
