Job Description Purpose of the Position Provide expert process support for specific assembly stations in eAxle manufacturing, acting as the first escalation level for troubleshooting, documenting best practices, and enabling continuous improvement to ensure process stability, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Serve as first-level escalation for process-related issues in assigned assembly stations, resolving problems with minimal supervision. Apply basic theoretical knowledge of physical relationships to identify and address process deviations. Support process development in collaboration with TEF, maintenance, and manufacturing teams. Document and share best practices and lessons learned for station-specific processes. Provide inputs on Data Sheet changes and maintain process documentation accuracy. Support maintenance and improvements focused on assigned stations. Provide feedback to L4 experts regarding station-specific process optimizations. Conduct station/process user training and on-the-job coaching for operators and technicians. Qualifications Skills & Competencies Functional expertise in station-specific assembly processes for high-volume manufacturing. Ability to apply customer/user insights for product and process improvements. Strong interpersonal skills; active listening and constructive engagement with teams. Organized, structured approach to process troubleshooting and improvement. Commitment to personal and professional development through learning strategies. Education Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering. Experience Minimum 5+ years of relevant process engineering experience, preferably in automotive or electrified powertrain assembly. Additional Information This role directly supports manufacturing stability and process excellence in eAxle assembly, ensuring reliable operations, effective knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement in line with Bosch Production System principles
