Join Qiddiya Investment Company as an Assistant Manager - Destination Marketing, where you will play a key role in promoting our unique offerings and positioning Qiddiya as the ultimate destination for entertainment, culture, and adventure in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting visitors and establishing Qiddiya as a must-visit destination. You will collaborate with various teams to create compelling content and campaigns that showcase the diverse experiences available at Qiddiya. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Qiddiya as a premier destination for local and international audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create captivating marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and social media campaigns. Identify and engage with key audience segments, creating targeted campaigns that resonate with their interests. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics and reporting, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Assist in the management of partnerships and collaborations with tourism boards, travel agencies, and other relevant organizations. Coordinate events and promotions that highlight the unique aspects of Qiddiya and drive visitor engagement. Contribute to the overall branding and positioning of Qiddiya, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and values. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in destination marketing or tourism promotion.
