Responsible for managing overall digital media channels and specific products to drive prospect acquisition, engagement and deliver business goals in digital mix and acquisition performance of responsible products. Own acquisition performance for assigned products across all prospect acquisition channels, with end‑to‑end accountability for acquisition results, while directly managing and optimizing digital channel performance and efficiency. Develop and execute product‑level acquisition strategies that balance omni‑channel growth objectives with digital‑led scalability, ensuring clear alignment between business targets, channel roles, and funnel journeys. Lead digital acquisition execution across channels such as SEM, display, social, affiliate, and landing pages, with clear ownership of volume, conversion, cost efficiency, and ROI. Manage and continuously optimize marketing investments to maximize acquisition effectiveness, improve cost efficiency, and deliver agreed performance metrics at both product and channel levels. Own and optimize the end‑to‑end acquisition funnel, identifying conversion gaps and improvement opportunities across user experience, messaging, channel mix, and operational processes. Partner closely with internal stakeholders including product, technology, analytics, risk, operations, and compliance teams to ensure acquisition initiatives are delivered on schedule, within governance standards, and with operational readiness. Collaborate with external media and advertising agencies to define digital strategies, execution plans, SEM and remarketing approaches, and performance measurement frameworks, while maintaining strong cost control and governance oversight. Monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends across online and offline channels, translating insights into actionable optimization recommendations. Ensure all acquisition activities fully comply with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines, while maintaining customer experience as a top priority and managing financial and operational risks. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related disciplines. 3–6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, acquisition marketing, performance marketing, or product marketing. Proven experience managing product‑level acquisition performance, with hands‑on ownership of digital channels. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) for professional communication. Strong business English capability, including reading reports, participating in meetings, and preparing written materials and presentations. Ability to clearly summarize data, insights, and recommendations for management and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of omni‑channel acquisition models, with the ability to balance overall acquisition results while directly optimizing digital channel performance. Hands‑on experience across major digital acquisition channels, including SEM, display, social, affiliate, and landing pages. Solid knowledge of end‑to‑end acquisition funnels, conversion drivers, and customer journey optimization. Familiarity with performance dashboards, attribution concepts, or marketing analytics tools. Demonstrated ability to manage marketing investment, cost efficiency, and ROI, with accountability for key performance metrics (e.g. volume, conversion, CPA). Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to translate campaign and funnel data into actionable business insights. Proven experience working cross‑functionally with product, technology, analytics, risk, operations, and compliance teams. Experience managing external media and advertising agencies, including strategy alignment, execution governance, and performance reviews.
