* Position title:  Deputy Manager /Senior Executive/ Asst Manager – Digital User Growth * Locations:    Mumbai – Corporate Office * Department :  Digital Business * Grade: IL4/IL5  * Organizational relationships Reports to : Senior Manager  * Purpose of the Job Responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring Internal campaigns aimed at growing purchase transactions. * Key Responsibilities - Planning, executing and monitoring performance campaigns on existing Customer Base - Managing external partners - Optimizing campaigns to achieve cost advantage. - Measuring & Reporting Campaign performance - Execution and Management of 3600 customer campaigns on both internal and external media  *  Behavioral Competencies: - Sales rigor & drive for day-to-day business - Team Player - Self-motivated - Good Interpersonal Skills - In depth knowledge of running internal campaigns (mailer/SMS/App Push/WhatsApp) through Adobe/UNICA or Netcore - Analytical Skills - Creative thinking Role Specific Competencies: * Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp - MBA or Graduate with with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
