Description

Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine profiles itself extensively on various platforms and we are seeking a highly creative and organised Digital Content and Social Media Producer to develop and manage our online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation for a medical school such as ours, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The Digital Content and Social Media Producer will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, managing social media accounts and the School website, and analysing data to optimise campaigns profiling and publicising the School’s unique selling points, and the faculty, staff and students’ expertise. Through these key marketing and outreach tools, the School’s journey, achievements and undertakings are showcased, our reputation enhanced, while ensuring our stakeholders are kept informed and updated on the School’s progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Media, Communications, Social Media Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital content creation and social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends
  • Knowledge of SEO and website analytics will be a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML coding, Sitefinity, Sharepoint will be a plus
  • Prior experience in website management
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative
  • Capable in graphic design and video editing

  • Initiates, plans, creates and curates content, information or material for strategic School marketing during Open House and Admissions Season, Art & Science of Medicine annual festival outreach cycle
  • Deliver social media engagement initiatives
  • Manage the school’s social media presence, including developing content, scheduling posts, and monitoring metrics to track engagement and effectiveness
  • Initiate, craft and produce content in video or photography to post on the School’s and partner’s media platforms.
