Description

12 Months - Contract Position

We are looking for an experienced Business Performance & Process Improvement Specialist to drive regional process transformation initiatives across multiple countries.

This role will focus on improving business processes, standardising operations, strengthening data quality and governance, and enhancing business visibility through analytics, automation and effective performance reporting.

Job Responsibilities

Review and analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Improve and standardise processes across different countries and business units.
Simplify workflows and reduce manual, duplicated and unnecessary work.
Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance, KPIs, revenue, margins and forecasts.
Improve data quality and accuracy across ERP and reporting systems.
Automate regular reports and manual processes to improve efficiency.
Work closely with Finance, Operations and Business teams to implement process improvements.
Support the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, business performance or finance transformation.
Experience in process improvement and standardisation across different teams, business units or countries.
Experience with SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query and Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in automation or digital transformation will be an advantage.
