We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to take the lead on digital projects, focusing on the development of microsites and mobile applications. You will manage both content and design to enhance user experience and improve SEO performance. The role also involves overseeing the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, approvals, and agency management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development of digital assets such as microsites and apps, ensuring SEO optimization and user-friendly design.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including scoping, planning, budgeting, design approvals, content/copy approvals, and brand alignment.
• Oversee stakeholder management and agency relationships for smooth project delivery.
• Drive UI and UX improvements for websites and apps, coordinating with internal teams and agencies.
• Collaborate with IT, design, and other functional teams to enhance web functionalities, performance, and user analytics.
• Establish best practices for website and app development to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
