Assistant Manager – Prime Team Department Prime – Direct Investor Sales Experience 4–6 years in BFSI (Mutual Funds preferred) Qualification Graduate degree; MBA / CFA / CFP preferred Certification NISM Series V-A (Mandatory) Openings About the Role DSP Mutual Fund is looking for a sales enthusiast to manage a segment of High Net-Worth (HNI) investors. You will be responsible for generating business in your assigned market through a curated client list and your own market intelligence. What You Will Do •Own end-to-end relationship management for direct HNI and UHNI clients, driving mutual fund sales and deepening wallet share. •Conduct regular client meetings; understand financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon to recommend suitable products from the DSP shelf. •Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing discussions, keeping clients engaged and invested. •Track financial market developments and macro trends to provide timely, relevant advice and flag portfolio risks. •Build strong referral networks through satisfied clients and strategic relationship-building within the assigned territory. •Collaborate with internal product and research teams to stay current on fund performance and positioning. What We Are Looking For •4–6 years of experience in BFSI, with a strong preference for mutual fund distribution or wealth management. •NISM Series V-A certification is mandatory before joining. •Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, ability to simplify complex financial products for clients. •Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team. •Strong command of MS Excel and PowerPoint for portfolio reporting and client presentations. •Graduate degree required; MBA / CFA / CFP is an added advantage.
