We are a high-volume, fast-paced dry cleaners looking for an experienced and dependable Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations and lead our team.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who knows the ins and outs of dry cleaning, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a dry cleaning environment is essential
  • Supervisory or team leader experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of dry cleaning processes, stain removal, and garment care
  • Confident operating dry cleaning and pressing equipment
  • Reliable, well-organised, and able to manage staff rotas and workloads
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Trustworthy with handling cash and daily shop responsibilities
  • Able to step up in the manager’s absence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager in daily operations and team supervision
  • Maintain high standards in garment care, cleaning, and pressing
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Assist in stock control, supplies, and shop upkeep
  • Train and support junior staff as needed
  • Help manage schedules, till operations, and reporting

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£34,116.33 per year
