ASSISTANT MANAGER AT DUNKIN’

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts
  • Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis. A working knowledge of Google applications is preferred.

TRAINING/ CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

All Management Courses required via Dunkin Brands The CENTER

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
  • Basic writing skills
  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proficient in math and financial management

JOB SUMMARY:

In addition to adhering to the Crew Member job description, Assistant Managers are responsible for the daily operations in the restaurant, including coaching Crew Members and Shift Leaders throughout their shifts to execute Dunkin’ Donuts operational standards and deliver a great guest experience.
