Role Overview The Content Executive owns the end-to-end product content lifecycle on the Home Centre website. This role ensures all products go live with accurate, complete, and high-quality content, and requires close coordination across the buying, digital, and studio teams.   Key Responsibilities * Own the full product listing process; from sending products to shoot through to final content upload on the website. * Collate, validate, and ensure completeness of all product content including attributes, descriptions, and images. * Coordinate with the buying team to ensure all required product information is delivered before the product arrives at the warehouse. * Partner with the buying, digital content, and studio teams to ensure timely product launches. * Conduct daily QC of items going live to ensure no errors on Product Detail Pages (PDPs). * Work closely with the Digital Team to identify and resolve content gaps, errors, or inconsistencies promptly. * Collaborate with the studio team on photoshoot planning, scheduling, and execution. * Identify and implement improvements to the listing process, content quality, and product discoverability.   Qualifications & Experience * Experience in eCommerce retail, particularly in Home is an advantage. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel — data handling, validation, and basic analysis. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different seniority levels.
