Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective Ecommerce sales strategies (negotiation with our key buyers) to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong connection in Talabat, Kibsons, Noon, Careem,Shopify and full knowledge of Amazon Seller Central platform
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Customer Acquisition. Identify and target potential customers through various online channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Manage the Ecommerce sales funnel, including lead generation, lead qualification, and conversion
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive analysis to stay ahead in the industry
  • Work closely with IT to ensure the smooth operation of the Ecommerce platform, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the user experience
  • Collaborate with trade marketing and Department Head to align strategies and achieve common goals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, eCommerce best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Supporting the HSSE team in closing the NC and violations raised in different audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications & Training :- Bachelors in a relevant field
  • Experience

5 years in FMCG industry

3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce business

  • Skills:- Sound expertise in sales, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good communicator.

strong Presentation skills, persuasiveness – Know-how to demonstrate, promote and sell, Goal-oriented, Negotiating skills, Good Judgment and Decision making

  • Attitude :- Positive attitude with ability to lead the team and communicating with different levels, customer oriented
