We strive to provide rapid, performance-based, industry-focused and technology-enabled services, which reflect a shared knowledge of global and local industries and our experience of the Indian business environment. * Lead and manage education reform projects in collaboration with SSA, SCERT, and Samagra Shiksha teams. * Design and implement project strategies, monitoring frameworks, and cadence structures. * Draft high-quality reports, policy documents, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. * Monitor field-level implementation of education programs and evaluate outcomes against predefined indicators. * Analyze large-scale education datasets to inform policy and program decisions. * Engage with state, district, and mandal-level officers to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. * Contribute to system transformation projects at the state or national level. * Support capacity building and Training of Trainers (ToT) programs at scale. * Provide technical expertise in school assessments and evaluation frameworks.
