Job Description Conduct EHS events, camps, programs at site Conduct Safety committee meetings Coordinate and assist for external Inspections and audits in regards to EHS Work/coordinate with team(s) at all levels within the organization for strengthening of EHS programs and implementation. Assist with maintaining the Site Preparedness and Emergency Plans & Procedures. Conduct EHS trainings as per training calendar Check and update applicable legal register with recent legal updates. Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices with individual site SPOC. Conduct survey to identify and evaluate occupational health, safety and environmental conditions. Coordinate and assist for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation Respond to Clients RFP with EHS data and information. Conduct on-site inspections, audits, conduct EHS hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA) as per standards . Ensure establishment of correct control measures for risk reduction at sites Perform aspect and impact studies for environment management system implementation . Further, establish controls for least impact of the activities on environment for sustainable development Take initiative and establish controls for reduction of work place incident , accidents and injuries etc Work for establishing sustainability program at site Face external audits / inspections and ensure appropriate and timely closure of the observations(if any) in regards to EHS Qualifications BE/MSC environment, ADIS, Lead Auditor ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
