Job Purpose: * Supporting the Employee Experience Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve the employee experience * Responsible for onboarding and off-boarding processes with a focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation. * Act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders to embed a culture of employee-centricity and operational excellence. * Responsible for recording and maintaining data on the system and all HR OPS. * Responsible for initiatives to improve employee engagement, onboarding, and off-boarding processes aligned with organizational culture and business goals.
Responsibilities
