We’re on the lookout for a driven, fashion-obsessed Assistant Store Manager to join the Glue crew at our Emporium Store.
Glue Store is the original curator of global streetwear and youth fashion. We’re home to the world’s biggest brands, exclusive drops, and the culture that surrounds it. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous retail leadership experience (as a Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
• A love for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture
• A proven ability to lead, coach and inspire a team
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• High attention to detail with great visual merchandising instincts
• Experience supporting store operations, reporting, and performance KPIs
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

As the Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an unbeatable in-store experience. You’ll drive sales, coach your crew, and help bring the Glue Store vibe to life every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop your team
• Drive sales and help the store achieve KPIs and targets
• Assist with daily operations — including rostering, stock and reporting
• Maintain high visual standards that reflect Glue Store’s premium feel
• Help create a positive, inclusive and high-energy work culture
• Step up and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
• Champion best practices in loss prevention and compliance
