At regular intervals, inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure that all standards are maintained. Monitor and record utility consumption and assist the Chief Engineer to maintain efficiency. Assist the Chief Engineer to direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department. Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by Novotel Goa Pune in order to achieve the highest levels of guest service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 01 - 02 years of Experience in same designation Proven leadership and team management skills Strong project management abilities Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Good understanding of engineering standards and regulatory requirements
