We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The role involves overseeing building construction and renovation projects, and facility operation and maintenance, ensuring periodic and corrective maintenance of systems such as Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, operation and maintenance, vendor coordination, and implementing sustainable practices, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
