Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution in close collaboration with the vendor, overseeing all phases from budgeting, scheduling, development, implementation, and final rollout Provide cost control and analytical support for the overall programme, including the development and maintenance of detailed project estimates, budgets, and resource plans Recommend process improvements by applying advanced technologies and industry best practices to boost effectiveness and efficiency Maintain transparent project status reporting, deliver clear updates to stakeholders, and align programme requirements with service provider capabilities Monitor and assess the performance of the primary system integrator, ensuring compliance with quality standards and programme baselines Review deliverables against predefined criteria to support the achievement of project goals Requirements Degree in Information Technology / Finance / or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in IT project implementation Possession of a professional qualifications in Finance (such as Certified Public Accountant) or Project management will be advantage Proven track record in delivering large-scale Oracle ERP systems and business transformation projects preferred Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and problem-solving Solid in-house functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain, or Inventory Management Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese Remarks Appointment will be made on one-year renewable contract terms Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
