Evans Expressmart is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Manager for our WRJ location.

The Assistant Manager supervises daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained. Assists with cash and inventory controls. Schedules and supervises staff. Maintains standards of store safety and security. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

• Ensures excellent customer service is provided
• Ensures company policy is followed by all employees
• Trains co-workers
• Troubleshoots POS system
• Assigns and participates in completion of shift duties/cleanliness
• Helps manage staff
• Coordinates and supervises staff so that standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained
• Performs paperwork duties as needed
