Conduct after action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the events. Coordinate execution of events outcomes that align with plans. Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers. Coordinate with office administration on clients' invoicing and payment. Develop event communication plans for internal stakeholders. Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives. Highlight events plan implementation issues and deviations from plans in reports and meetings. Perform event boundary management and zoning of attractions sites. Prepare documentation in support of events closure. Prepare draft event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review. Prepare draft event plans for internal review. Provide feedback on usage of workplace technology. Regulate type and scale of events held on site at the property. Research trends in technology applications to improve productivity and innovation. Source suitable venues based on clients' requirements with internal stakeholders. Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the event plans. Work with internal stakeholders to execute plan. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
