Job Description We are hiring Senior Executive / Executive, Property Management. Successful candidates will be placed in one of the following positions to kickstart your career. You may also be considered for career exposure across the three asset classes in future! Please indicate your preference on the type of asset class in your resume (Business Park & Industrial Operations / Retail Operations) (1) Business Park & Industrial Operations You will assist the Property Manager in managing effective daily operations and maintenance of our business parks, industrial and logistics spaces. Handle and take over premises to / from tenants / purchasers Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedule of the Company’s properties Supervise and liaise with contractors for maintenance repairs and renovation works Maintain buildings especially in the areas of security and cleanliness Assist to prepare annual budget, and ensure that expenses are within budget Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner Promote good relations with our partners and tenants Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc) (2) Retail Operations You will support the Centre Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our Retail mall(s) Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the mall Assist in the implementation of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc), Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.
