  Job Title:  Assistant Manager – Payroll Number of Positions: 1 (One) Location: Bangalore   Brief Job Description: (not limited to) * End to end US payroll processing (Bi-weekly) * Handle Garnishments/tax levies * Handle social security, Medicare, federal, state, FUTA/SUTA taxes * Deferral, Loans, Taxes, PAF, Manual Time Sheets, Termination / Pay adjustment sheet * Payroll Wires * Employee Database * Prepare custom reporting  * Knowledge of payroll journal entries * Review on all payroll activities * Handle daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc calls with the client * Initiate process improvements  * Update process documentations and process maps on a regular basis   Competencies & Skills:  * Any master degree with more than 3 years of experience in US payroll * Should have hands on experience in bi-weekly payroll processing & reporting * Working knowledge of ADP Workforce is preferable * Excellent oral and written communication skills mandatory  * Proficient in Microsoft suite of products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Good numerical skills with an understanding of standard financial processes * Excellent organizational and problem solving skills  * Maintain high regard for confidentiality * Strong ability to manage multiple priorities within given timelines * Strong and demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills * Ability to rapidly learn and apply new methodologies, frameworks and tools Attention to detail and methodical approach to keep track of processes and information 
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end bi-weekly US payroll processing, including taxes, garnishments, and payroll wires. Responsible for maintaining employee databases, preparing custom reports, and handling client communications and process improvements.
