* Perform periodic data extraction from multiple systems ensuring completeness and accuracy * Validate transactions and policy-level details to ensure alignment with accounting and business rules * Conduct commission agreement reviews to ensure correct application of terms and rates * Identify, classify, and prioritize exceptions based on risk and financial impact * Perform root cause analysis to diagnose discrepancies and control gaps * Drive timely resolution through cross-functional coordination and escalation * Post adjustments, update systems, and ensure data integrity across financial records * Manage cut-offs, support reconciliations, and deliver exception analytics & dashboards * Maintain exception tracking, audit trails, documentation, and drive automation & process improvements EXL (NASDAQ: EXLS) is a leading data analytics and digital operations and solutions company.
