Assistant Manager – Express Car Wash Operations Waves Express Car Wash | Upstate SC Waves Express Car Wash is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in leading from the front. This is not a desk job and not an entry-level role. The right candidate is someone who wants ownership, enjoys developing people, and is motivated by performance, accountability, and growth. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving site performance, elevating customer experience, and developing a strong frontline team. You will be hands-on daily—coaching employees, interacting with customers, and ensuring the site operates at a high standard.
