ASSISTANT MANAGER – EXPRESS SERVICE

We are seeking an Assistant Manager Express Service to help lead our fast-paced Toyota Express Service department. This role supports the Service Manager in driving efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Express Maintenance processes and warranty guidelines
• Ability to analyze and improve department performance metrics

• Oversee daily operations of Express Service technicians
• Ensure timely, high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Support warranty compliance and repair order accuracy
• Monitor department performance
• Coach and develop team members for growth and efficiency
