POSITION SNAPSHOT Position: Associate Manager, External Relations & Sustainability Location: Cairo, Egypt Main Purpose of Job •Digital Internal Communication & Engagement: Driving a fascinating organization through effective employee digital engagement and communication in the Cluster and building a united Nestlé Culture and behaviors across locations with shared strategic vision and goals •Digital Communication &Engagement: Engage with Digital platforms and build a climate of trust with digital media stakeholders (content creators, influencers and digital hubs… etc.) protecting and sustaining Nestlé’s brand equity on social media and the digital scene and number 1 positioning in the F&B world. A DAY IN THE LIFE … Digital Internal Communication & Engagement: Strategize, develop and implement the digital internal communications plan as part of the Regional Corporate Communication Blueprint, behaviors, culture and the Cluster priorities Digital Internal Communication & Engagement : Manage internal communication projects and create quality Content such as Workplace, DARE m.e., NEWSFLASH, Cluster Head Speech writing, Internal videos, etc Digital Internal Communication & Engagement : Propose and lead digital internal communication campaigns to drive awareness and engagement of employees internally and externally; and Promote Employee Advocacy & Employee Volunteering as part of Global Initiatives. Provide advice and guidance to those communicating internally. #We AreNestle Application, Digital External Communication : Drive and implement the annual communications and digital media agenda and calendar in line with the key topics and media identified in the Corporate Communication Blueprint. Digital External Communication: Organize and manage digital media interviews, posts, videos in line with the corporate narrative and calendar based events. Digital External Communication: Lead and manage Corporate digital assets Social Media & Digital Platforms and Content creation to ensure up-to-date and timely news and information are available for consumers and youth to build trust in Nestle Brand. (This entails working with MENA Teams to ensure credible and timely content and sharing of best practices).
