Job Description Manage daily financial operations of the F&B department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement Develop and implement effective cost control measures across F&B outlets Oversee inventory management and conduct regular audits to minimize waste and optimize stock levels Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management Collaborate with department heads to establish and monitor budgets Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations Train and mentor junior staff in financial management practices.
