ABOUT THE ROLE: At Income, we believe that strong governance is the heart of any successful business. As an insurance company, it is of utmost importance for us to maintain a legal and ethical standing in the eyes of the public and our policyholders. The role will serve as a critical line of defence and a subject matter expert across the compliance functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Monitoring Quality Checks (EMQC) review process to ensure high quality standards. * Ensure reviews are completed within stipulated timelines to meet internal and external requirements. * Identify gaps in the current review process and propose enhancements to the EMQC framework. * Provide training for new and existing reviewers to ensure the team remains on evolving standards. * Assist in responding and managing regulatory inquiries. * Undertake any work (e.g., projects) assigned from time to time. REQUIREMENTS: * At least a Bachelor's degree or above. * Any professional qualification will be an added advantage. * At least 5 years of experience in Compliance related work in insurance industry or enforcement agencies. * Must be proficient in MS Office and applications. OTHER COMPETENCIES & TRAITS: * Possess excellent communication skills * Has a strong analytical mind with good problem-solving skills. * Has a self-motivated personality and is able to work well in a team. * Resourceful and adaptable to changes.
