Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems. Conduct analytical surveys of breakdown callbacks. Prepare field processes and documentation for standardization. Active involvement in FOD, SIT, and major projects. Lead Turn-back resolutions for pilot units. Provide engineering and technical support to Service, MOD, and New Equipment teams. Apply quality techniques and maintain high technical standards. Collaborate with field operations for data collection, analysis, and improvement actions. Generate and monitor management reports and Field Quality KPIs. Drive system improvements and new developments. Apply analytical and problem-solving methods. Conduct site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai for service support. Demonstrate familiarity with elevator installation processes. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Independently troubleshoot field issues of any type. Support to NE units’ issue. 2. Audit & NIS Inspection Conduct service unit audits and follow up on ACRs from the service team. Complete NIS and RNIS inspections for new units. Share Audit & NIS inspection reports with relevant team members. 3. Training Conduct classroom training for field employees. Deliver on-the-job training to field staff. Organize and lead worst unit training sessions. Develop and deliver Field Training Modules. 4. PUI Completion & PMT Readings Analysis Support and coordinate with adjusters to complete PUI activities for new units. Demonstrate familiarity with ride quality adjustments and measuring tools. Perform analysis of PMT readings for performance evaluation. 5.
