REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in F&B
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a hands-on team player
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the outlet
• Lead and motivate the service team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitor and uphold service standards and customer satisfaction
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Manage reservations, customer feedback, and operational flow
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies
• Collaborate with the bar team; should have knowledge in bar operations and beverage service
