Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, company policies, and international accounting principles. Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Support the budgeting and forecasting process; monitor and analyze budget variances. Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis to support operational decision-making. Maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard hotel assets. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. Participate in cost control initiatives, providing insights to improve profitability. Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure timely submission of reports to head office. Train and guide junior finance team members to maintain a high standard of accounting practices. Qualifications Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance Additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumen Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems Fully conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standards Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide for you and your family Learning programs through our Academies designed to sharpen your skills Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
