TempHtmlFile JD for finance advisory: Skills required:  Sound technical knowledge and practical experience of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP and/or IFRS  Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting process  Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective  Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements  Possess strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skills  Experience of financial reporting / accounting implications for M&A / group restructuring  Experience of financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be an added advantage Responsibility  End to end project management. Key activities include guiding the team on technical accounting / financial reporting matters, manage client relationships, monitor project progress and relevant operational / financial matters.  Application of IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and / or US GAAP or an equivalent GAAP on engagements – GAAP conversion and / or topical queries on technical accounting matters  Financial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clients  Assist clients with respect to financial reporting requirements in connection with listing of securities  Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge  Possess good business acumen.
