Key activities include guiding the team on technical accounting / financial reporting matters, manage client relationships, monitor project progress and relevant operational / financial matters.  Application of IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and / or US GAAP or an equivalent GAAP on engagements – GAAP conversion and / or topical queries on technical accounting matters  Financial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clients  Assist clients with respect to financial reporting requirements in connection with listing of securities  Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge  Possess good business acumen.
