Job Description We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our finance team in Jaipur, India. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our organization's financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy in all financial matters. You will work collaboratively with the finance team to deliver timely and accurate financial insights that drive business decisions. Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports, statements, and presentations for management review Perform budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis to support financial planning initiatives Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic planning Reconcile accounts and verify the accuracy of financial transactions and records Track and analyze expenses, costs, and departmental spending to identify trends and opportunities for optimization Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity across all systems Support the finance team in ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed Maintain organized and detailed financial documentation and records Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting Excellent organizational and time management skills Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify meaningful insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems Experience with financial modeling and forecasting Familiarity with data visualization tools and SQL 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
