This role is deployed to AISG. Key Responsibilities include: Manage non-grant related finance operations for AISG including payments, invoicing, and fixed assets Work with the AISG team to support financial planning and monitoring of educational collaborations, research collaborations and gifts Ensure accurate and timely payments Review and follow-up on outstanding fund receipts Handle enquiries from collaborators or trainees related to financial issues Support management in various financial and management reporting and audit issues Requirements: Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance operations, preferably in a university or research environment Basic understanding of research grant administration and compliance requirements; prior experience in grant claims or research finance is an advantage Able to liaise confidently with researchers, Schools/Centres, and collaborators on financial matters Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines and high operational volumes Team‑oriented, responsive, and able to escalate issues appropriately to senior finance staff We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
