QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CA Qualified /ACCA/CMA/M.COM or equivalent professional qualification is a must.
  • Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably within the healthcare or service sector.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of VAT regulations, corporate taxation, and inventory accounting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Assistant Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the financial operations, MIS reporting, inventory oversight, tax compliance, and analytics using tools like Power BI. The ideal candidate should be a qualified finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance, healthcare finance operations, and regulatory compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and analyse MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI.
  • Ensure VAT compliance, including preparation and filing of returns as per UAE regulations.
  • Support in corporate tax computations, documentation, and coordination with tax consultants.
  • Monitor and manage inventory accounting and stock movement in alignment with finance policies.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries, reconciliations, and audit preparations.
  • Maintain strong internal controls and contribute to the automation of financial processes.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational departments to align financial plans with business activities.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary.
