About the Role As an Assistant Manager Finance at Moove.io, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and strategies for our operations in a specific city or country. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing financial reporting and analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide valuable financial insights to support decision-making and drive business growth. What You’ll be Doing •Preparation of monthly management accounts •Drafting of annual financial statements •Management of external audit •Custodian of online banking (setup, approvals, relationship with banker) •Responsible for all supplier payments •Preparation & Management of accounting records up to book closure •Preparation of budgets and forecasts for your respective company •Cash flow management •Review and approval of contracts What You will need for this position •Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts, CA/ ICWA or related field •8-10 years of experience in financial management with minimum 3 years of experience as a manager Finance & Accounting •Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting •Familiar with tax regulations •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and financial analysis •Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision- making skills •High attention to detail and accuracy •Excellent leadership and team management abilities •Good communication and presentation skills •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines •Preferable in working with multinational companies across multiple regions Key Metrics •Meeting reporting deadlines •Successful audit sign-off •Profit Margin: Monitor and improve profit margin to assess the company's profitability and financial performance. •Cash Flow Forecast Accuracy: Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting to maintain sufficient liquidity and make informed financial decisions. •Financial - Ratio Analysis •Return on Investment (ROI): Evaluate and optimize ROI on various projects and investments to maximize returns and allocate resources efficiently. •Accounts Receivable Days: Reduce accounts receivable days to improve cash flow and minimize the risk of bad debt.
