Job Description - Manage various teams both from process and people front- Provide overall leadership to the department ensuring all deadlines are met and customer issues, concerns and questions are resolved in accordance with our Service Level Agreements- Review of standard & ad-hoc journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation & Financial Reporting- Experience in Inter Company, Fixed assets, Month end close. - Review FA tasks based on month end calendar and checklist- Weekly/monthly calls with onshore team for performance review/dashboard- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of SLA in tight turnaround time- Reporting to internal and external clients. (KPI, Dashboard etc.)- Drive continual process improvements- Ensure all compliances are followed/met- Guide, coach and mentor team members- Build relationship/bonding within the team- Train and mentor people while maintaining discipline within the team Qualifications B.Com
