Job Description: Job Description Financial Reporting role Shift Timing: India (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST)/ (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST during day light savings) Role Overview The Assistant Manager, Digital Business & Technology Solutions (DBTS), is responsible for supporting monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc financial reporting, including expense and FTE reporting. The role focuses on the preparation and consolidation of workforce data and initiative‑ and project‑related expenses, along with meaningful financial commentary. Responsibilities also include managing and supporting Tableau‑based reporting, providing procurement support, maintaining finance knowledge assets, and delivering ad‑hoc financial analysis to inform business decisions and drive process improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications and Experience University degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance 6–8+ years of relevant experience in Financial Analysis or Financial reporting Strong financial reporting analysis skills Proven ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office, SAP Ariba, Confluence, and Tableau Highly motivated with a continuous improvement mindset Key Responsibilities Support month-end and quarter-end expense reporting, financial analysis, and consolidation activities Prepare and consolidate expense summaries and analyses for technology-related initiatives and projects for executive consumption Prepare monthly data feeds, mapping files and collaborate with the corporate expense team to update Tableau dashboards Play a key role in tracking usage activity and support the development of Tableau dashboards to enhance reporting capabilities Prepare and consolidate FTE data feeds and reports across DBTS such as (3rd party by SOW, SLGS -India, SLGS – Manila, Workday (Domestic) and field glass Contractors. Support purchase requisition and purchase order creation and management Maintain and update the DBTS Finance Confluence knowledge repository Collaborate with other Finance teams to drive process integration and operational efficiencies Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as required Continuous Improvement Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A processes Support automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis Desirable Qualifications/Skills/Experience: MBA or postgraduate in Finance Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes Experience with Hyperion, SAP, and BI tools (Tableau) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; VBA experience is an asset Detail-oriented, self-driven, and results-focused Client-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality deliverables Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What is required to succeed in this role?
