Allocate workload, monitor productivity, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence and oversee day-to-day delivery of finance processes Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and competency building for new team members. Implement and monitor internal controls, quality checks, and compliance requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities  Prepare and present performance dashboards, weekly/monthly business reviews, and compliance reports. Identify risks, maintain process documentation (SOPs), and support audit requests. Support migration, transition, or stabilization of new finance processes into SAP Person Specifications Fully or partly qualified in, Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA/CIMA/CA preferred. Strong knowledge and hands on experience in SAP ERP (MM & FI/CO modules; AP/AR/GL processes). Proficiency in SAP FI/CO and financial process workflows. 5 - 7 years of experience in finance division/operations BPM and minimum 2 - 3 years experience within Shared Services in a supervisory role. Advanced MS Excel; experience with reporting/analytics tools preferred. Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Exposure to automation tools (RPA, workflow automation) is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, stakeholder management, team leadership, coaching, decision making and people management capabilities.
