• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service flow and excellent guest experience.
• Supervise and guide service staff, ensuring adherence to fine dining standards.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee reservations, floor management, and guest relations, including handling feedback and special requests.
• Monitor inventory and assist with purchasing and cost control.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.Step in to lead the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
